Job Summary
A travel agency is in need of a Remote After Hours Weekend Travel Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements
- Book and issue airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations through our GDS system
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Understanding of Government travel requirements, visas, passports
- Understanding of contract fares, city fares and international routing
- Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
- All other requirements necessary for this position
