Job Summary
A title insurance underwriting company is seeking a Remote Agency Administration Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage account-related database (CRM) and documentation, including system configuration
- Manage contract (forms) and external and internal process related forms; issues and reviews (preliminary) contracts/agreements; and develops and improves processing forms
- Ensure timely completion of new account application, existing account maintenance and termination processes in conjunction with various internal departments
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness and ability to research and develop technology solutions to enhance operational efficiencies
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar course work preferred
- Minimum five years of recent experience in administering underwriter/agency network
- Knowledge of title insurance regulations, standards and practices in all territories where company does business
- Ability to assists Agency Compliance Manager with application review and approval, as it relates to prospective independent issuing agencies, sub-agencies, settlement agents, escrow agents, approved attorneys
