Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Agency Site Leader in Cleveland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing sales leaders and ensure they are planning, assigning, and driving sales production
- Identifying training needs, work with Training Team and all of Leadership to maximize performance
- Assisting and/or directing special projects or requests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able and willing to travel 50 % of the time
- Bachelor's Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- 3-7 years of Property and Casualty insurance industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
