Job Summary

A real estate and relocation services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Agent Recruiter in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Contacting independent real estate agents to communicate the advantages of affiliating with the Company and conveying the Company’s agent value proposition
  • Using available resources to target agents and manage candidate pipeline
  • Responding promptly to prospective agents and team members

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of call center and/or telemarketing experience
  • Excellent computer experience with CRM system or similar database
  • Ability to make at least 50 cold calls a day
