A real estate and relocation services company is filling a position for a Remote Agent Recruiter in Westport.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting daily cold and warm recruiting prospecting
- Contacting independent real estate agents to communicate the advantages of affiliating
- Using available resources to target agents and manage candidate pipeline
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years of call center and/or telemarketing experience
- Excellent computer experience with CRM system or similar database
- Ability to make at least 50 cold calls a day
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and virtual collaborative tools
