Job Summary
A real estate technology company is in need of a Remote Agent Sales Enablement Coach.
Must be able to:
- Drive agent revenue growth through regular coaching and mentoring session S
- Analyze data (including recorded calls) to identify performance improvement opportunities to increase conversions
- Hold team leaders and agents accountable where needed (i.e. regularly updating their CRM or taking non-performing agents off lead routing)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prior experience working with real estate salespeople in a sales coaching or enablement role
- A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and regularly takes initiative
- A strategic problem solver who is comfortable analyzing data to drive insights and recommendations
- A skilled facilitator or coach with a demonstrated ability to influence sales agents to embrace best practices
