Job Summary
A real estate and relocation services company has a current position open for a Remote Agent Sales Recruiter in Westport.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Daily cold and warm recruiting prospecting to schedule prospective recruiting meetings
- Using available resources to target agents and manage candidate pipeline
- Responding promptly to prospective agents and team members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School or Equivalent
- 1+ years of call center and/or telemarketing experience
- Excellent computer experience with CRM system or similar database
- Ability to make at least 50 cold calls a day
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
