Job Summary

A real estate and relocation services company has a current position open for a Remote Agent Sales Recruiter in Westport.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Daily cold and warm recruiting prospecting to schedule prospective recruiting meetings
• Using available resources to target agents and manage candidate pipeline
• Responding promptly to prospective agents and team members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School or Equivalent
• 1+ years of call center and/or telemarketing experience
• Excellent computer experience with CRM system or similar database
• Ability to make at least 50 cold calls a day
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
