A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Agent Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving inbound calls from internal and external selling agents
- Assisting agents with all pre-enrollment inquiries
- Utilizing documents, websites, and local networks to research and resolve inquires
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of comprehensive customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Communicates effectively and confidently with all internal/external customers
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
