Job Summary

Agent Transition Professionals (ATP) are eXp Realty's front-line representatives who assist applicants throughout the joining process. ATP's are required to work closely with state brokers and eXpert Care staff to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our agents. The ATP also works closely with the Connect group to handoff the agent from the onboarding experience to the integration and engagement phase of joining eXp. ATP's provide guidance, answer inquiries, and offer support pertaining to eXp Realty in a variety of areas. World-class customer service/experience is required for every interaction with strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and urgency to every engagement.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the entire transition process with systematic follow-up to keep the process moving forward;
Fully onboard all joining agents in their states;
Respond in a timely manner to eXpert Care & Connect team members to assist in an agent's onboarding process;
Contact agents as needed to ensure a positive transition process;
Review joining files for accuracy and completion;
Work closely with state broker teams to eliminate any unnecessary delays in onboarding;
Clear identification of and follow-up with agents who are in a Hold' status in the Join App;
Process Cap Deferments and LOIs;
Assist the Teams Team' as needed;
Expertise in our proprietary system, Enterprise;
Expert knowledge of, and ability to communicate eXp Corporate Policies & Procedures;
Communicate Team Structures offered by eXp Realty to inquiring agents;
Send/Receive/Upload team documents/ Team rosters/ Revisions to joining documents;
Annual team audits in their assigned states.
Monitor and address those agents in various stages of being in process' and proactively take steps to move them forward, including phone communication

Education:
High School diploma or GED Required
BA/BS degree preferred
Experience:
1+ years of experience in administration and operations
Real Estate experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Problem Solving Skills
3+ years in the Customer Service industry
