Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Agile Advocate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring agile processes are in place to drive roadmap goals
  • Guiding recurring ceremonies including daily stand ups
  • Encouraging continuous product backlog management

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Certified Scrum Master with comprehensive understanding of Scrum and Agile Development
  • At least 1 year of experience playing the role of a traditional Scrum Master across multiple teams
  • Strong team building and conflict resolution/management facilitation
  • You have great examples of striking balance between business goals and self-managing teams
  • Experience with Atlassian (Confluence/JIRA) or similar tools
