Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Agile Business Coach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority
- Operating with a situationally aware mindset as the first to notice differences and issues
- Leading, facilitating, and demonstrating value-add principles to a team
Qualifications Include:
- Communicates with a wide variety if audiences
- Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Expert in leading Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Bring prior consulting or client service delivery experience
- 5+ years' experience working in an agile technology environment
