Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build multiple high performing agile development teams
  • Drive consistent practices across the organization
  • Help teams navigate agile tools and software

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 15+ years agile experience including 10+ years as an agile practitioner AND
  • 8+ years as an agile coach
  • 4 years experience in managing multiple agile teams
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Kanban and similar tools and methodologies
  • Experience with coding and integration
