Must be able to:
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies using best practices
- Ensure that goals, scope and product domain are understood by everyone as well as possible
- Coach the development teams in self-organization and cross-functionality
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for a software product
- Understanding of the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Knowledge of various Agile approaches Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc
