Job Summary
A delivery order platform is in need of a Remote Agile Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Championing collaborative, iterative, product-driven software development practices
- Training and coaching teams on planning, execution, and success
- Supporting execution of corporate strategic and operational priorities within engineering
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Agile certifications (PSM/CSM or PSPO/CSPO)
- Experience and expertise in agile project management approaches
- Expert knowledge and administration of agile tools, particularly Jira
- Systems thinking perspective, with an intuitive grasp of short and long term impacts of solutions
- Facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with respect to rapid delivery of quality software
