Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm is seeking a Remote Agile Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Upskilling teams in strategic areas of the firm
- Employing an immersive, “learn by doing” approach
- Ensuring that environment and strategy support teams’ growth and development
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years Agile coaching experience
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, IC-Agile, SAFe/Scaling, Product Owner, Coaching, etc)
- Lean, Kanban, Continuous Improvement, Process experience
- XP experience (e.g., pair programming, mobbing)
- Technical/development experience
- Active engagement in external Agile and product communities with a network of professional contacts
