A property and casualty insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Agile Data and Analytics Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, growing and supporting team to optimize and drive software development
  • Leading the company in establishing and executing an Agile Roadmap
  • Strategically addressing cross-segment productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the team goals and deliverables

Position Requirements Include:

  • 15+ years of related experience in software development including project management and business analysis
  • Technical background
  • Broad knowledge of software development techniques, processes, methods and best practices
  • Ability to discuss, articulate and simplify technology to non-technical audiences
