Job Summary

A government IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Agile Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Agile development methods and processes
  • Perform in various agile roles
  • Assess the current organization and delivery environment

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years of experience working in a software development shop
  • 5 years working in a pure Agile environment
  • 2 years of active Agile coaching and transitioning teams, programs, and portfolios
  • At least one Agile certificate
  • IBM Rational, CA Rally, JIRA or TFS, ALM, VersionOne, or ZenHub
  • Experience providing presentations to virtual and in person teams
