Job Summary
An insurance and finance company is filling a position for a Remote Agile Leader Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Removing impediments to the team's progress; communicates obstacles requiring outside resolution to the partners
- Identifying risks and issues that might have an impact on delivery and facilitates a mitigation strategy for risks
- Collaborating with partners to prioritize the backlog to maximize value and create clarity on the team activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to champion agile delivery over fixed practices
- Confirmed knowledge in software development
- Proven software engineering expertise using Lean, agile and DevSecOps principles
- Consistent record of optimally leading, empowering and building engaged teams
- Thorough understanding of agile technology frameworks and software engineering practices
- Experience developing and maintaining strong business partnerships
