Job Summary
A software and cloud communications company has a current position open for a Remote Agile Program Manager Scrum Master.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive toward continuous improvement through analyzing data and inspect & adapt practices
- Own and facilitate Agile ceremonies using best practices
- Help be an agent of change as we strengthen our Agile muscles across the organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of relevant Agile experience and at least 4 years as a Scrum Master
- A strong Agilist skilled at balancing best practices, experiments, and flexibility to suit the situation
- Open to learning from others, humble, willing to experiment and try new ways of working
