Remote Agile Project Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote ServiceNow Agile Project Manager will manage project schedules, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and coordinate cross-team dependencies while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Own the schedule, staffing plan, and deliverable tracking for the assigned platform health team
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and manage vendor coordination for deliverables
- Provide status reporting to program leadership and manage risks and issues
Required qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or higher)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related discipline (or 8 years of additional relevant experience)
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years managing software or platform delivery projects
- 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies in a distributed environment
- Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and Agile Module or comparable tooling
