Job Summary
An aerospace and defense company is in need of a Remote Agile Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Guide team and organization use of Agile/Scrum practices
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization
- Remove impediments or guide team to remove impediments
Position Requirements Include:
- First level Scrum Master certification- CSM, PSM I
- 1-2 years of practical experience in Lean-Agile leadership
- Experience with Jira
- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques FOR
- Filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
