Job Summary

A staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Agile Release Train Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitate program level planning, alignment, organization, and execution of prioritized work
  • Optimize execution based on measures and performance indicators
  • Review, prioritize, sequence, and feed work to the Agile Teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS or BA
  • Ability to facilitate and guide 3-7 teams
  • 3 years of experience working on complex, enterprise level platforms or solutions
  • 3+ years of Continuous Improvement/Process Management
  • 4-6 years of SAFe Agile/Kanban environment
  • 7-10 years of Business Program or portfolio management experience
