A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Agile Skill Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and managing learning journeys for Agile roles
- Driving identification and directly addressing learning needs of the employee base
- Leading recommendations for improvements to agile process and procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience in corporate learning organization or Agile learning experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field or equivalent business experience
- Excellent consulting and facilitation skills
- Expert knowledge of agile frameworks, processes and practices
- Demonstrated ability to relate to people who have a variety of learning and general professional styles
