Job Summary
A US central banking system company is seeking a Remote Agile Transformation Coach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide thought-leadership and guide the enterprise through the agile product transformation journey
- Directly influence leadership (up to executive levels) and their teams to drive adoption of Product and Agile mindsets
- Coach product teams on how to define and monitor outcomes and value realization
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ years of experience in agile coaching
- 6+ years of experience leading/driving large scale agile transformations or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience using Agile tooling (e.g. Rally, Jira, or equivalent)
- Versed in software delivery methodology and quality assurance processes
- Holds formal certifications
