Job Summary

A global defense and security company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Agile Transformation Leader Director in Reston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Enable Enterprise IT to develop solutions iteratively using Agile Methodology
  • Engage development and execution of a comprehensive Agile transformation plan for short term and long term transformation
  • Determine the DevOps strategy for the organization

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel Percentage <10%
  • Must have experience driving Agile transformation in a large, complex organization
  • Experience in operational or business process analysis and design
  • Experience developing strategic roadmaps and plans, and driving them through implementation
  • Experience developing and defining agile transformation strategy while ensuring adoption
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
