Job Summary

A food and agriculture consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Agricultural Grower Account Manager.

Must be able to:

• Serve as primary relationship manager for grower-customers
• Systematically find and nurture grower leads
• Expand relationships with growers through a consultative sales approach

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Bring an existing book of business due to their existing relationships with growers
• Ability to understand micro-market considerations for agriculture in the territory
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in the agriculture industry
• Demonstrated adaptability in sales skills, processes and approaches
