Remote AI Engineer

Job Summary

Remote AI Engineer, responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade AI and machine learning solutions in a fully remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models, including LLMs and RAG pipelines
• Develop and maintain custom Copilots and intelligent agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Manage CI/CD for AI models and Copilot plugins using MLflow, Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, ML, and/or MLOps
• Proven success deploying AI/ML models in Microsoft or AWS environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
