Job Summary
An AI payment platform provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote AI Sales Enablement Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop sales capability of the sales team through the design and implementation of sales skills development
- Design Battle Cards for the Sales team to win against competition
- Design / improve the Sales new hire onboarding program and Training
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- You should have previous experience working in sales and understand the pain points of salespeople
- You previous experience in marketing with an understanding of communicating brand and product vision
- You have content creation experience building assets and materials that are externally facing
- You can demonstrate a working knowledge of training techniques and onboarding
