Job Summary
A customer engagement service provider has an open position for a Remote AI Solution Sales Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting online and in-person demonstrations of the product
- Working hands-on with customers to integrate and implementing the solution
- Designing and implementing Virtual Assistant solution prototype for pilot customer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- In-person demonstrations
- You have a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, other technical major
- You understand APIs or can quickly learn the ins-and-outs, understanding of existing AI chatbot products
- You have outstanding communication skills that enable you to converse easily with everyone from end users to C-level executives
- You can get hands on with the product and apply logic principles to conversational workflow design
- All other requirements necessary for this position
