Job Summary
An online retailer of heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Air Conditioning Retail Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing issues and opportunities for the customer service/operations department
- Rolling out software changes to Customer Service, Tech, Warehouse and Sales team
- Collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, Pricing, Merchandising, Quality Assurance, Warehousing, IT and Business Intelligence teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7-10 Years of Experience
- Previous Director-Level Roles
- Ability to work with technical operations requirements working with IT Product Managers on technical solutions
- Ability to oversee 50+ Reports
- Ability to select, implement and/or customize ERP, WMS and Ecommerce Platforms
- Ability to manage and develop KPIs and using data-driven performance management systems
