- Managing and leveraging resources to create, identify, develop, and qualify opportunities

- Developing and maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- A successful record of supporting and winning contracts with Air Force customers
- Proven experience in building relationships with strategic teaming partners
- Ability to develop and mature key relationships within customer organizations
- Ability to operate independently but still retain an enterprise focus
- 10-15 years related work experience with the majority related to business development, marketing, or technical and engineering solutions in the Air Force space
