Job Summary

Providing audio and video interpretation remotely, the Independent Contractor International Audio/Video Remote Albanian Interpreter will facilitate language communication for the Limited English Proficient community while adhering to professional standards and protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective audio and video interpreting through a web-based platform
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner to ensure superior customer service
• Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct and maintain confidentiality standards

Required qualifications

• Full fluency in both English and Albanian
• Proficiency in technology, including web-based platforms and Microsoft Word
• A quiet and secure interpreting space free from outside noises
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
• Industry-specific certifications or training preferred (e.g., CMI, CCHI)
