Job Summary

A university needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Algebra Probability and Statistics Faculty Member.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Proactively providing coaching, support, and subject matter expertise to students
  • Responding to student inquiries about content, learning resources, or assessment
  • Providing relevant information on student tasks based on feedback from assessment graders

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel to meetings
  • PhD in Mathematics
  • Teaching experience in a higher-education setting
  • Subject matter expertise in Mathematics, including Algebra, and Probability and Statistics
  • Comfortable with collecting, analyzing, and using quantitative information
