Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
- 4+ years experience in industry/academia post-graduation
- Strong background in statistical fundamentals and analysis
- Experience with analysis of high-throughput sequencing data
- Proficiency with Linux command-line and version control tools (git and GitHub)
- Proficiency with a high level scripting language (e.g. Python, R)
