Remote Alliance Marketing Programs Manager

Job Summary

A workforce management software company has an open position for a Remote Alliance Marketing Programs Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working closely with the executive and other internal teams to launch new partnerships and ensure that partnership and integration strategy is in line with business initiatives
• Helping set and drive global product and go-to-market strategy
• Maintaining direct and active relationships with existing partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and sales channel issues

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree
• 3+ years of partner integration experience
• Possession of an existing professional network in HCM industry and/or the willingness to develop build and maintain such a network
• Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives
• Ability to define partnership requirements and produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance
