Job Summary

A healthcare practice improvement company is seeking a Remote Allscripts Electronic Health Records Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Take phone calls from EHR clients to troubleshoot questions and Issues
  • Work trouble tickets logged via the web and through email
  • Document cases by issue type and reason

Position Requirements Include:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent certifications in related field
  • 1+ year of experience with Allscripts EHR
  • Phone based customer service experience
  • Ability to work on-call 24/7 for emergency support on a rotational basis
  • CRM documentation experience
