Job Summary
A healthcare practice improvement company is seeking a Remote Allscripts Electronic Health Records Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Take phone calls from EHR clients to troubleshoot questions and Issues
- Work trouble tickets logged via the web and through email
- Document cases by issue type and reason
Position Requirements Include:
- Associates Degree or equivalent certifications in related field
- 1+ year of experience with Allscripts EHR
- Phone based customer service experience
- Ability to work on-call 24/7 for emergency support on a rotational basis
- CRM documentation experience
