Job Summary
A non-profit that provides training and education to young adults is seeking a Remote Alternative Assets Program Senior Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the identification, pursuit, and building of strategic organization partnerships
- Tracking, analyzing, and packaging data used to capture program effectiveness
- Creating, disseminating, and analyzing program participant surveys
Qualifications Include:
- BA/BS degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a major investment firm, investment bank, or consulting firm
- Strong project management skills
- Proven experience organizing, manipulating, analyzing and displaying large data sets
- Experience using Google Sheets to create pivot tables, charts and graphs, and formulas
- Ability to solve problems and present actionable recommendations
