An alternative health company is filling a position for a Remote Alternative Medicine Call Center Customer Service Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-up both by telephone and by email
  • Respond to emails received from the contact us box on the website
  • Answer calls received, incoming emails, and live chat interactions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent
