Job Summary
A non-profit organization that aims to galvanize the community towards public service is in need of a Remote Alumni Outreach Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build an alumni directory
- Engage alumni through direct contact and other methods to build a robust database of connections
- Conduct outreach to alumni community to gather specific information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years in related experience preferred
- Ability to create, develop, and organize lists of alumni, from our programs and past events
- Ability to maintain CRM database by entering new and updated alumni and account information
- Ability to prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
- Ability to establish entry priorities and coordinate with technology team to ensure data meets workflow criteria
