Job Summary

A non-profit organization that aims to galvanize the community towards public service is in need of a Remote Alumni Outreach Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build an alumni directory
  • Engage alumni through direct contact and other methods to build a robust database of connections
  • Conduct outreach to alumni community to gather specific information

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years in related experience preferred
  • Ability to create, develop, and organize lists of alumni, from our programs and past events
  • Ability to maintain CRM database by entering new and updated alumni and account information
  • Ability to prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Ability to establish entry priorities and coordinate with technology team to ensure data meets workflow criteria
