Job Summary

A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Amazon Web Services Cloud Operations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Automating cloud services using technologies like AWS CloudFormation
  • Planning and implementing best practice Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
  • Troubleshooting and performing analysis on the infrastructure

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have owned all of cloud operations
  • 3+ years as a Manager or Director of Cloud Operations
  • 7+ years of Cloud Operations experience including platform architecture and support
  • 3+ years of STRONG AWS ecosystem and products experience
  • Experience hosting and running a product in AWS for a software company
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
