A provider of cloud-based customer service and software solutions is filling a position for a Remote Ambassador Resource Specialist Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate effective strategies
- Assist in managing program budget
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external resources
Position Requirements Include:
- B.A./B.S./Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
- Proven Experience in program management
- 3+ years of experience in call center industry or related field
- Proven leadership competencies
- Strong, proven experience across multiple functions including customer service
- Experience leveraging data systems to review performance data
