Remote AMC 8 Tutor
Job Summary
To support students preparing for AMC 8 and AMC 10 mathematics competitions, a part-time Remote AMC 8 Tutor will deliver online one-on-one math lessons focused on developing problem-solving abilities and competition strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver online one-on-one math lessons tailored to AMC 8 and AMC 10 competition preparation
- Guide students through competition-style problems while explaining key concepts and strategies
- Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Math, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Experience in math competitions or relevant teaching/tutoring experience is highly preferred
- Strong math foundation with familiarity in competitions such as AMC, AIME, or MathCounts
- Availability to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones)
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
