Job Summary

To support students preparing for AMC 8 and AMC 10 mathematics competitions, the part-time Remote AMC 8 Tutor will deliver one-on-one online lessons, focusing on problem-solving strategies and competition techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online one-on-one math lessons tailored to AMC 8 and AMC 10 competition preparation
• Guide students through competition-style problems while explaining key concepts and strategies
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to enhance student understanding and confidence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Math, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Experience in math competitions or relevant teaching/tutoring experience is highly preferred
• Strong math foundation with familiarity in competitions such as AMC, AIME, or MathCounts
• Availability to work during weekday evenings and weekends
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
