Remote AMC Tutor

Job Summary

To support the expansion of competition math programs, the part-time Remote AMC Tutor will deliver online one-on-one lessons focused on preparing students for AMC 8 and AMC 10 mathematics competitions, utilizing interactive teaching methods to enhance problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online math lessons focused on AMC 8 and AMC 10 competition preparation
• Guide students through competition-style problems and explain key concepts and strategies
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Math, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Experience in math competitions or relevant teaching/tutoring experience is highly preferred
• Strong math foundation with familiarity in competitions such as AMC, AIME, or MathCounts
• Available to work during weekday evenings and weekends
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
