Job Summary

A healthcare staffing firm has a current position open for a Remote American Sign Language Interpreter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Translating for a hard of hearing student over the computer while the student is at school
  • Rendering spoken messages accurately, quickly, and clearly
  • Converting concepts from the source language to equivalent concepts in the target language

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Fluent in American Sign Language
  • Home computer and Internet needed
  • Ensures interpreted meaning and context are maintained
