Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Americas Benefits Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing day to day administration of Americas benefits programs
- Assisting in the design, development and implementation of employee communications
- Maintaining/auditing data in HRIS/payroll systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in benefits plan analysis and strategy
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERISA and employee benefits programs
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
