Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Analog Solutions Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Onboard and assist new customers
  • Simultaneously manage multiple customers at different points of the customer lifecycle
  • Discover and evangelize new use cases for customers, helping them deepen and expand their usage of the product

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong interest and familiarity with productivity tools
  • Self-starter with an enthusiasm for creative problem-solving
  • 4 years using spreadsheets at work to manage information, projects, budgets, etc
