Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Analog Solutions Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Onboard and assist new customers
- Simultaneously manage multiple customers at different points of the customer lifecycle
- Discover and evangelize new use cases for customers, helping them deepen and expand their usage of the product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong interest and familiarity with productivity tools
- Self-starter with an enthusiasm for creative problem-solving
- 4 years using spreadsheets at work to manage information, projects, budgets, etc
