Job Summary
A coffee company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Analytics and Insights Market Research and Insights Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Establish on-going Brand Equity, Customer and Partner experience tracking programs global
- Innovate research approaches to add value and incremental research capabilities to an already robust toolkit
- Serve as an influencer, representing the voice of our Customers and Partners through compelling storytelling
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong knowledge and experience with tracking programs
- Strong knowledge and experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods and approaches
- Deep experience in conducting research in international markets across Asia, EMEA and Latin America
- Strong knowledge of statistics and their use in quantitative research methods
- Expertise in experimental research design
- Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills
