A health insurance provider has an open position for a Remote Analytics and Reporting Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of best-in-class processes, tools, and capabilities
- Overseeing highly skilled managers and technical teams
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8 or more years of analytics experience required
- 5 or more years of health care industry experience required
- Bachelor's degree in analytics-related field or ten or more years of professional experience required
- 5 years experience managing others
- Experience with at least one of the following analytic tools: SQL, DataBricks, or PowerBI
- Experience with Individual & Family Plans (i.e., Individual ACA) or Medicare Advantage lines of business required
