Job Summary

A data and user analytics service has a current position open for a Remote Analytics Customer Success Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing data to assist CSMs’ daily prioritization of customer engagement
  • Engaging the Customer Education team to support customer training requests
  • Analyzing NPS data to define themes and report to leadership

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Customer Success Ops, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops/Bus Ops experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Ability to build strong trusting relationships with CS Managers and CS Leads
  • Intermediate to advanced competence with GSheets, Tableau (or other data visualization tool) and SQL
  • Salesforce business admin or power analyst skills
  • Strong analytics, operational, and project management foundation
  • Subject matter expertise in modern tools: Zendesk; Customer Success platforms (Catalyst preferred), NPS tools
